This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the Ploce area and has a picturesque view of the Island Lokrum from the large outdoor terrace. It provides a cozy atmosphere that is sure to make anyone feel at home.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is 1fully equipped bathroom with a shower and washing machine and 1 half bathroom with a sink and toilet. The dining room is centrally located in the apartment just down the hall from the kitchen and next to the living room. The living room has a large couch and 2 cozy chairs with seating for about 8 people. The terrace has an outdoor seating area for 6 people in addition to 2 lounge chairs. The living room and dining room both open up to the large terrace.
Hedera A13 is set above the road on the first floor of a building with 1 flight of stairs leading to the entrance of the building and 1 flight of stairs leading to the apartment. The amenities include A/Cunits throughout the apartment, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, full kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board andsafe deposit box. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer.
The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the Old Town, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. It is about a 5 minute walk to the famous Banje beach which in the evening turns into a night club under the same name. The Old town is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment which makes it suitable to families, groups and friends who wish to enjoy a stunning view and a serene atmosphere.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
Hedera A13 can accommodate up to 5 (+2*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safetyof our guests, their families and ourstaff is important to us. In orderto prevent the spread of disease our staffis measuringbody temperatureon a daily basiseven if they feel well , we also encourageour guests to do thesame.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
