Villa Puccini is an extraordinary exclusive and high quality furnished holiday villa in Istria, making your every desire fulfilled. It is located in the small place Tar-Vabriga, near Porec. Particularly noteworthy is its design, which, thought out to the smallest detail tastefully mixes Istrian architectural style with modern and Mediterranean details.
The swimming pool is heated and the pool lights can be remotely controlled. The luxury hot tub disposes with various massage programs, light settings and good music through the stereo with Bluetooth function. For the hi-fi fans there is a "high end" system with McIntosh and Pass Labs devices for playing records and CD's, as well as a Bluetooth.
Cooking enthusiasts can enjoy Gaggenau gadgetry in the main kitchen: BBQ with lava stones, Teppenyaki, gas and electric stove plates, as well as oven and microwave, Arzberg dishes, a Nespresso coffee machine and all high quality kitchen accessories complete the equipment.
Nespresso capsules Cosi/Roma are available at the extra cost in the villa.
At the guests disposal there are three private, enclosed terraces each with the beautifully maintained garden, located on the completly enclosed property, so that the dogs can move freely. Meadows, fields and natural beaches located a few km from the house, invite you to go for a walk. (Animal and veterinary clinic is only 7 km distant from the house).
This residential area is just 850 m away from restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy, ATM. Beaches with sports and amusement facilities are located in Lanterna holiday resort, only 3.5 km away (guests of the house have free entrance to the resort).
This villa for 8 persons and with total living area of 220 sqm disposes with a large living-dining room, master bedroom with high quality double bed and TV, dressing room and bathroom with large bathtub and a spa shower, one more doble bedoom and two fully equipped luxury studios which are connected to the main house with internal doors.
Each studio has a double bed, TV, small kitchen, barrier-free shower/toilet, table with chairs and private terrace and garden with panoramic sea view, each equipped with table, chairs and loungers.
The wellness area, located in the lower ground floor, offers relaxation at the highest level with an organic/Finnish sauna, steam bath, wellness massage shower and two loungers.
Villa Puccini is intended for adults, or families with children over 12 years.
