This brand new deluxe apartment, recently renovated is located near the city center in one of Lisbon's premium areas - Chiado - and about 5minutes walking from the river. Designer decorated and fully equipped it can accommodate up to 8 people,and with a garage parking spot. The metro station "Baxa-Chiado" is 500m away from the apartment. A perfect location to know Lisbon in family or with a group of friends, near Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real's amazing bars and restaurants as well as Chiado's famous commerce areas and premium restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day such as soap bar, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and others. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free. Two double bed bedrooms, one single bed bedroom and a double sofa bed for two makes the apartment suitable for up to 8 people. Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h. Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free. Welcome Center adress: Largo do Rato, 7 A/B, Lisboa, 1250-186. Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs: - Between 20h and 22h - 15€; - After 22h - 30€ We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment for only 30€ (until 4 people). If you would like a two way transfer the cost is 55€. If you would like to book it please just let us know! Looking forward to welcome you in Lisboa! At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.
