A 1st floor entire large feathered old Victorian studio flat, close to Heathrow Airport, self contained (includes a small sofa bed), 2nd grade listed, walk to Thames river, very quite neighbourhood, The flat has Bay windows, original wooden floor( no scratches pls)...
This location has got all West LONDON life can offer/tube/train station, walk to restaurants, shops, pubs, Richmond park, large bathroom, a fireplace... .
* The bed is movable its position has 2 options, one is in the middle (current position), 2nd position is on the corner (for the future in winter time).
Richmond is one of the oldest towns in London, but it’s full of amazing hundreds years old architectures. You can explore the lovely town after busy work.
The Wifi is a fast speed of over 100.
The place has a sofa and a small wardrobe, huge bathroom also has a lot of drawers and cupboards for storage. * In the area people are friendly, and the court is so quite, please don’t make loud noise or if needed please close the windows tight at night, next doors can hear loud/screams unless normal conversations, it is a Victorian period bay windows it can’t be changed to Morden double glazed windows, apology!
If you love the Thames riverside walk, the Alley way from my apartment leads to Kingston shopping center, it’s 4 miles along the river(1.1 hours walk) with British style villages and pubs, or turn left to the north bridge towards richmond town center and the walk leads to famous Kew Garden.
There are buses on the high street, walk towards the left, reach the end of road (Cambridge Park). In the UK cars are driven on the left.
And the alley way leading to the river walk is on your right hand side, it also takes you to the bridge/town center.
You can walk to the train station if you go to central london, it’s in another side of town center, or take a bus.

The road is called Cambridge Park, it goes around circus into 2 roads, please make sure you drive all the way to the end until you reach a ally way which leads to the river, Cambridge Park court building is a dark brown block on your right hand side.
Please don’t find a wrong address: it’s not the house 16 cambridge park, it is flat 16 in a block on the same road.
There is a key safe on the back door for out of hours if you arrive late. (If you need it, please go around the building from the side to the back of the garages, and find a grey door, on top of it printed “13-18”, please enter inside to the stairs, it leads you to upstairs.
The key safe is on the first floor by a black door on your left (where have 2 large black bins on the hall)
The parking is off street parking on all streets around, there are plenty of spaces, it’s free after 4pm up to 10am and free both weekend days, about £1.5-2/hour 10am-4:30pm Mondays to Fridays.
