Situated in the very heart of the Old Town, this three-bedroom apartment with new furnishing and spacious interior represents one of the best places inside the city walls. Located in a quiet street, but just a few seconds from all the important attractions, events and night life.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with queen beds, one single bedroom in the attic, a large living room with a dining table for six, lounge area, bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. From the living room glass door opens onto a small balcony offering a nice view of the city walls and the mountain Srđ. Amenities include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safe deposit box.
The apartment is located in the Old town with easy access to restaurants, shops and main street Stradun. Famous Banje beach is only 300 meters away, while the Old port with boat connection to island of Lokrum is within 3 minute walking distance. In the building 3,5 flights of stairs lead up to the apartment located on the 3rd floor. It can be combined with next door apartment Hedera A31, also with apartments Hedera A6, A19, A27 and A34 to accommodate up to 31 guests.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik's Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
Hedera A5 can accommodate up to 5 (+1*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 1 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 30 € per person per night.
NOTE: Breakfast served at a nearby restaurant is included in the price. Guests will receive vouchers at the check in.
*In response to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
