Summary: The host is very easy to communicate with. I was having some problems finding the key upon my arrival. The host was very patient to direct me to right place to get the key. The only 2 issues with the property are: the flush doesn't work very well; the shower water is not hot enough. She is also informed and said would have someone came over to fix.
