Comfy sofa with recliners for napping and watching TV. Fully equipped kitchen, even a grill. I don't like to pay cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them! Golf cart can be available for additional fee.

Summary: Beautiful home, clean & the pool is steps away! Great location to be immersed in everything The Villages has to offer! As a Realtor, I'd refer this home to out-of-town buyers looking to rent while they shop for a new home.
