This beautiful seven (7) bedroom home is located right on the corner of Second and Laurel–central to all of Lakeside’s amenities— shopping, restaurants, parks, waterfront activities, pool, tennis, and pickleball courts…etc. This cottage is perfect for hosting large groups. This 100+ year old home merges historical charm and craftsmanship with BRAND NEW updated furnishings, paint, and a state of the art A/C system throughout the house. The outside features newly updated furniture in the gorgeous screened-in front porch with plenty of seating and view of the lake, a large side yard, and a private back patio area. The first floor includes a family room that runs the width of the house, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. TV’s are available in the family room and a master bedroom, as well as the third floor. New this season, guests will enjoy access to a garage converted into a game room featuring ping pong, darts, foosball, a card table, and seating. 2 off street parking spaces by the garage and two more in the side yard. *Maximum occupancy is 18, but up to 24 for an additional charge.* No pets allowed.
