Large comfortable house sleeps 17 with 2 living rooms, log burner, 2 games rooms, study, kitchen diner, utility, 7 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, additional wet room, wc and bathrooms with external swimming pool and terraced patio area (operational only from late May - Sept). The pool is heated by an air source heat pump & thereforethe temperatureof the pool is affected by the outside air temperature.
Well behaved dogs (max 2) are welcomed at the discretion of the owner, please state breed and age, and please note there is an additional fee of £50 (STG) per dog per week for extra cleaning .
There is a Security Deposit payable of £1000, fully refundable provided no damage.
Linen and towels for 17 guests in beds are included, if you require the sofa bed (only suitable for a child) in the ground floor bedroom , please note that there is an additional fee of £30 per stay.
Located outside Port Isaac (walkable to the village) with wonderful views of the sea and Port Isaac, ample parking and grass lawn. Enjoy the beach & surfing at Polzeath, sailing & water skiing in Rock, walk the South West Coast Path, go fishing, catch the passenger ferry to Padstow, visit Wadebridge or Newquay or make a day trip to the South Cornish Coast or the Eden Project.
