Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and breathtaking amenity center. The
Kiawah River community looks across the Kiawah River to the Island of Kiawah and is just a
five minute drive to the Kiawah shopping and restaurant area, and 15 minutes to the beautiful

miles from downtown Charleston.
