Your vacation home has ample space to relax, have family nights, cook great meals and swim whenever you want!
As you enter your vacation home, you will be greeted by the Formal Dining Area tucked neatly at the front of the home.
The Formal Dining Area seats up to Six (6) guests comfortably. There is a pass-through window from the Kitchen for easy table preparation. In the fabulous Kitchen, you have Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Cookware, Dinnerware and plenty of space to make a family meal or a quick snack.
Additional Dining Seating at the extended Breakfast Bar for Two (2) ensures you can accommodate all your friends & family at mealtime.
The Main Living Area boasts a Super Comfy Microfiber Sectional Sofa and a Flat Screen TV for your comfort and enjoyment. Both the main Living Area and Kitchen give you views of the Pool Area with access to the Pool Area from the Main Living Area or Side Hallway.
The grand Pool Area boasts an oversize Pool with a Spa, a covered Lanai with Patio Seating, Sun Loungers. NOTE: This home has Pool Door Alarms and No Safety Fence. Enjoy no rear neighbors in the Pool Area!
Upstairs is a Fun, Loft Living Area with even more comfortable Furniture, a Flat Screen TV and games for those non-park days.

Home is amazing! Perfect Location…. Community and place to stay. We we're there looking for places for my son for college and so wished we would have been able to enjoy the home more than we did … ? large rooms…and beautiful inside with all the amenities that a family would need. My friends, spouse child and I (party of 7) stayed here for a weekend Disney trip. The house was lovely, clean, and very comfortably furnished (I want to know the brands of the mattress and pillows on my bed they were so comfy lol). The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the number of bathrooms available for all of the guests. Location was great. Close to the park but in a nice quiet neighborhood (and the nature preserve in the back was a huge plus!). Property management was nice ans communicative.
