This spacious and very comfortable condo has been beautifully updated with all new quality furnishings and amenities; bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys, tennis rackets, basketball and board games. The condo development has three pools, full gym, 2-mile walking/running trail, basketball court and tennis court.
This neighborhood is surrounded by various attractions. We are located across from Villa Marina and Puerto Chico marina, which offer a variety of tours and trips, boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, etc. We are also close to the ferry that goes to Culebra and Vieques. Seven Seas Beach is a 5 min drive down the same road as the complex. Las Croabas is a 10 min drive which is where you will find the bio bay tours as well as kayaking and water taxis to Palomino and Icacos Island.
