Temporary Rental Flat. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Madrid: all comforts are provided so that you feel at home. It is an elegant, fully equipped apartment near Malasaña, ideal for travelling alone or with family, just a few minutes from the legendary Plaza del Dos de Mayo and Olavide square. In the area, there are several tapas bars. It is perfectly located a few streets from Fuencarral, which makes it a perfect place to go out and enjoy the most authentic Madrid. All tourist areas such as Plaza de Sol or Gran Vía are less than 10 minutes walking or, as we like to say, just a stroll away.

Everything has been prepared to create a modern and elegant decor. With wooden floors that provide great warmth, and an extremely comfortable living room. At home, you can perfectly rest while watching the flat-screen television. I will provide magazines so you can spend some time catching up on news or gossip. It has been recently renovated, always thinking about the greatest needs of our travelling guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all new and modern appliances, including a microwave with grill and fridge. You will feel at home while cooking here. Get comfortable in the cosy bedroom after finishing a day of sightseeing in the city. For this, I will prepare the beautiful bed with fresh white bedding. Feel at home from the very beginning! It features a charming bathroom to refresh yourself when waking up in the mornings with a fantastic shower. We provide you with soft white towels!

From Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which a Taxi would cost you €30 and waiting queues, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you (the price varies depending on the car you need). Do not hesitate to contact us.
The flat is located near the central neighbourhood of Malasaña, so you could hardly be better located!
Metro San Bernardo and Bilbao are the closest stations to the property, just 3 minutes walking, which connects with line 2 (red) and Line 4 (brown). It is 7 - 14 minutes from Gran Vía, Cibeles Fountain or the magnificent Retiro Park.
There is also a Bilbao metro station just 2 minutes walking, which connects with L1 (blue) and also L4 (brown), takes about 9 minutes to reach Sol Square and about 15 minutes to Atocha train station.
Near the apartment there are some bus stops, so you can reach the city with buses n° 3 and 147 that will take you to Callao, you can explore by taking any of them from Sagasta Street. And at night, the N23 will take you to Cibeles, you can explore by taking any of them from Fuencarral Street.
Barajas airport is particularly easy to access, you will have to take a metro L8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then change to L10 to Tribunal. Then, you will have to walk 7 minutes to reach the apartment, this trip will take you around 40 minutes.

The centre of the city of Madrid is exciting, with a great diversity of restaurants and markets. You will be located in the Malasaña neighbourhood, where the streets are colourful and original: the streetlamps are covered with colourful stickers, white facades and lots of street art.
The lively Plaza del Dos de Mayo is the undisputed heart of the Malasaña neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is plagued with bars and cafés with outdoor terraces, the aperitif on their outdoor terraces, especially famous for the brunches they do very well located in Plaza del 2 de Mayo and Plaza de Juan Puyol, at the Ojala restaurant.
When you are in my neighbourhood, I recommend visiting Bar Lolina, where you will travel through time among vintage wonders, if you are a sugar addict try the pastries at Happy Day or some cocktails at Vacaciones Cocktail Bar. There are also some traditional tapas bars like El Pez Gordo.
The beginning of the neighbourhood is the San Ildefonso Market, a street food market located on Fuencarral Street. You'll love it!
