Located in a perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The apartment has been totally refurbished to a high standard. There is a sleeping area with double bed 1m40 wide, living/dining area with sofa ,TV (local and free view channels) Wifi is available in building main reception area only. Kitchenette area equipped with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge. The apartment is south facing and has a beautiful sea view from the sleeping area and living area. .The apartment is approx 40m2. There is a balcony with small table and chairs with an excellent sea view, perfect for breakfast and evening drinks!
Lift in building. The floors are highly polished and interior doors are glass. The bathroom is modern with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There are a total of 68 apartments in this private condominium which are mainly British owners. There is a private adult and children's pool, car space for the apartment is available on request in underground car park which is great if you want to hire a car for a few days. Summary: Very good apartment with nice view and good conditions for a good stay. Close to the heart of old town Albufeira and just 5 minutes to the beach. Very good service from the landlord. Just a very good apartment and service.
