Summary: The room was clean. Fresh towels every day was great. Especially for being at the beach. There are a lot of room for improvement. We saw the same trash in the hallway and stairway all 5 days we were there. The digital key thing is a joke. It just randomly changed what room it would unlock. Then it would take a good 30 seconds to actually open anything. The kiosk was a joke. The language barrier made it hard. He switched us to physical key cards. Then we got locked out because those weren't prgrammed correctly. Just a disaster from the front desk. We ended up not staying the full term and left early because it was tough to manage all the hishaps and only a kiosk to help.
