This rental beach house is located along the east coast 1.15 hours away from San Juan, in Punta Santiago URB Verde Mar, Humacao PR across the street from the beach. It comes with a 2 car garage and balcony. The Palma Real Shopping Center is located less than 15 minutes away and 7 local authentic food places just minutes away. You can also take a canoe or bike ride 5 minutes away at a nearby Natural Reservation park or drive ½ hour away to Ceiba PR and take a ferry to the Island of Vieques or Culebra.
This house is also less than an hour away from El Yunque Rain Forest.

This home is safe, secured and gated, and has a big kitchen, stove, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, Washing Machine, TV 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 3 futons that transform into a bed for kids only, and 3 bathrooms. Central wall air conditioner located in the dining room will keep the living/dining bed rooms and kitchen cool and a separate air condition in the master bedroom and fans. To keep the price reasonably, I do not have WiFi or cable in the house.

The neighborhood is located in a Community named Verde Mar which is very private and safe. The house is the 2nd White/Red house on the Right, from the main street (Route 3) you cross the street and you will be surrounded by palm trees and a beach.

My home is very peaceful and quiet and out of respect to my neighbors, that is why I do not allow any guests to have any parties.

My house is a comfortable, clean, and affordable place, more convenient than staying in a Motel. If you are looking for a 5 Star Hotel and demand that the place gets dusted upon your demands, my home is Not the place for you. My house is a Beach House located across the street from the beach and it can get dusty at times from the beach air.

Summary: I really would like to give a good review because the host was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I had expected. There was a dog in a cage next door that barked the whole night accompanied by loud motorcycles. Also, there is a washer, but no dryer and no place to hang the clothes to dry. But the two things missing that were a deal breaker and made our stay practically unbearable were 1) not having wi-fi or cable TV with a teenager and 2 pre-teens and 2) no AC units in two of the bedrooms. With this heat wave - the AC unit in the dining room was not sufficiently strong to cool those two rooms. The girls had to sleep in the living room instead of the beds that were available.
