This Beach Front Villa measures 1,200 sq. ft. and is furnished to accommodate 2 to 6 people comfortably.This luxurious villa is designed for complete privacy it has Unique furniture, lighting, and decor for every room and living room. Its location is on quiet calm area it is so quiet that you can hear the waves as the beach is 50 steps away from the property.
From the private balcony you have a direct view to forest. Coqui is the island native frog at night you can hear the frog singing coqui, coqui, coqui. If you're looking for a calm area this is your place!!The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator & stove, wind shutters, two bedrooms, master suite room queen size bed, secondary suite with full size bed, and twin bed.
It is a great property with security 24 hours, we also have bunk beds available for kids, cable T.V. 2 plasma, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, washer and dryer. Fully equipped so you would feel like home, two parking spaces in front of the property tastefully decorated.
One of the privileges for my special guest is, I will include Internet and a telephone (local and U.S. call) with no additional charge. I have prepared a binder with tourism information. It has pictures, addresses, and phone numbers in order to use it with you.
