Bedrooms include double shades with a blackout shade to make it easier to rest any time of the day or simply sleeping-in. This beach resort complex is like no other on the island, you’ll enjoy its incredible vacation vibes, don’t forget your flip-flops, bathing suits and toothbrushes that’s all you’ll need. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, mini rice cooker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a water canister to filter water, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods, and we provide starter complimentary trash bags, etc. The pantry is partially stocked, plus we provide a complimentary starter of coffee, cream, sugar and tea, a true staple of hospitality at its finest. The apartment is equipped with a new washer and dryer unit, we provide dish washer washer pods/eco friendly washer sheets and dryer sheets as a complimentary laundry starter kit. We also provide plenty of bath and pool towels. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes silver ware, toaster, blender, everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee is a must, we provide a new coffee maker with a complimentary starter kit of local coffee grounds, cream and sugar, tea and snacks are also included. Bathrooms include complimentary basic toiletries, 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and some more extras. This will be a paradisiac stay you will not want to end, indulge in the newly renovated infinity pool looking into the ocean. This apartment beach resort complex has spectacular landscape gardens that attract beautiful butterflies and exotic birds. Some of the great amenities include 5 amazing swimming pools that include a toddler splash water park, lazy river, fun water slide and two other outdoor kiddie parks. The water slide and park accessories only operates Saturdays and Sundays while a lifeguard is on duty from 9AM-5PM. This tropical hidden paradise is located in the small quaint town of Loiza. It is located approximately 25 minutes east of the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. It is a small traditional town rich in Afro-Puerto Rican culture. Loiza is famous for its cultural traditions and “La Bomba,” a traditional dance that originated in Loiza and dates back to the 17th century. La Bomba is still widely practiced in PR, it is considered a heritage staple. There is a reason why this small dainty town is commonly referred to as the town where “tradition never dies.” There are dance rehearsals every Saturday at Puente Herrera showcased in our Guidebook and is only a 3-minute drive or quick brisk walk from the complex, so feel the beat, it is an electrifying experience you wont want to miss during your stay.
San Juan, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is a fairly short 35-minute drive from this town and another major attraction is El Yunque, which is an approximate 15-20 minute east drive from the complex. We are so close to El Yunque that you can see its picturesque mountains from the complex and its lush green gardens. You will also spot plenty of parrots and butterflies on our grounds, it really is a true paradise you will never forget!🦋
