Tres Palmas Inn and Villas has been in operation following strict guidelines for the prevention of COVID19. Rincon has almost returned back to normal with restaurants and shops in operation. Though, we remain vigilant in our protocols and also in the conservation and maintenance of our reserve water tanks and industrial generator.

The Coconut House is a lovely cottage located in a 4 acre beachfront marine reserve estate. Recently remodeled, this cottage has 1 bedroom, one full bathroom. It is designed loft-style with a second story for the bedroom, 2 futons in living room and small porch with mountain views. Lovely, fun, and intimate for a couple or family with school age children. It has air conditioner in the bedroom, kitchen area with stove, sink and fridge, microwave, grill, and ceiling fans. WiFi, Cable TV, Parking, and access to washer and dryer. The beach right in front of the estate is the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, people love to snorkel and surf there. However, depending on weather, at times, the currents and tide may not make it suitable for swimming. A few steps (5 minutes walking distance) away is the popular Steps Beach which is more popular for swimming. Maria’s and Domes Beach (famous surfing beaches) will require a longer walk 20-30 minutes. People with children choose the Marina beach which is at the left of the property which is more friendly for swimming.
