As well as 2nd private entrance/exit towards the backyard side door accessed from the 2nd-floor stairs. The entire house if Private to the guests! However the private locked ground floor may very rarely if at all, sometimes be needed to be momentarily accessed for occasional maintenance and service, through the bottom front entrance.
