This beautiful one bedroom with balcony has 2 floors and is located 10 minutes from the beach. With two separate floors, this unit is a small suite and equipped with all essentials for your enjoyment. The unit has an ice maker and AC unit in bedroom. It is in the back of the building so it is very quiet.

This unit has a full bed on the first floor and a Queen Bed upstairs, on the top floor so it is ideal to share with kids as you have a bit of privacy while still being close enough. Free Wifi and tons of light. It has both a balcony and a patio. The unit is located 5 minutes away by car to Condado Beach and Ocean Park. It is also 10 minutes away from airport. It is in the Monte Flores neighborhood only blocks way from "La Placita" and "La Casita Blanca". We call it "Casa Magdalena" because it is in Calle Magdalena Del Valle. If you choose to stay with us we are happy to accommodate any particular needs at an additional price. Please reach out to us for anything you may need.

Casa Magdalena has been in the same family for more than 45 years. This is a big house divided into units in a local neighborhood. This stay is for those looking to save money but also be immersed in Puerto Rico's local environment. (You may run into pigs and roosters in front of the house. )The house was built in the 50's in a Art Deco style and we have done our best to make everything comfortable for your stay. However, if you are looking for a modern new stay, this is not the place for you. Monteflores is next to a lower end neighborhood that to some may seem too downtrodden and to others a piece of Puerto Rican color. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. We strive to give you a great experience but want to set your expectations so that you do not arrive expecting to be in a hotel environment. The stay is completely safe and fun as it is close to all San Juan attractions so you are getting the best of both worlds at a better price. Monteflores is close to beaches and all great and fun neighborhoods. This neighborhood is local and not surrounded by commerce. It is ideal to have a car as Ubers can be a challenge at times. If you are looking for a hotel area, this is not a hotel but a local experience.
