The backyard is fully fenced with brand new heated pool with waterfall and outdoor charcoal grill and dining area. VR24-00157
The master bedroom with King hybrid memory foam mattress and full bathroom with walk in shower and jetted tub are upstairs with the loft reading nook outside the door to the bedroom. The two guest bedrooms with queen mattresses are downstairs. One bedroom has a desk in it. There is a separate office with a larger desk and chair - also 4th bedroom with comfortable full size pullout sofa.

Summary: This A frame house is very clean and very spacious for the four of us. It's in a small, quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. It was great having a private swimming pool during hot July. It was just a short drive to all of our adventures. The beds were really comfortable. James was very responsive to answering all of our questions.
