Casa Caramelo is a 100 years old traditional Madeirian stone house, which used to be a local school building. It has been recently renovated and provides all modern comfort inside. Ground floor accommodation (approx. 40 sq.m. total area) is a totally separate unit of the house, with separate entrance and car parking, to provide maximum comfort and privacy. Since the owner of Casa Caramelo and her 2 dogs (very friendly and quiet German Shepherds called Enola and Eça) live upstairs, the guests will be sharing the garden area.
For the guest's comfort this accommodation is equipped with all the usual features, such as bed linen and towels, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, etc. In winter months the guests are provided with dehumidifier, heater and warm blankets. Average temperature inside in winter is +18 C.
