Directly from your terrace you walk onto a well-maintained lawn, where you can enjoy the sun and your children can play safely. The main pool has a separate children’s pool and outdoor shower. The home is within walking distance of the Marinha beach.

The living room is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture. The doors lead to a big terrace with the pool nearby. The dining area is connected to the living room and offers seats for 6 people. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and washing machine.
