This apartment has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The Livingroom is fully equipped with a 50” Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus & more. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, dishes, pots, stove, microwave, refrigerator and four seat seating area. Bathrooms are fully equipped with hot water, toilet paper and clean towels. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and a 40" Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, twin size bed with a 50" Smart TV and a two seat seating area. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed and 40" TV with a two seat seating area. Balcony has a patio set and it’s the only place where smoking is allowed. Laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine & dryer and a slop sink for guest staying 4 days or more.
The apartment is located across the street from the Marina, where you can take a charter boats to go fishing, catamarans and kayak tours. Also, we are minutes away from the ferries to Culebra, Vieques and other islands. There are also great restaurants in the area. Seven Seas Beach is 5 minutes away or Luquillo Beach is 15 minutes also.

Summary: Very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen has everything you need and even more, in every room there is a TV, air conditioning and an alex speaker, there are accessories for a comfortable stay on the beach The community is very safe, with security cameras everywhere and locked gates at the entrance/exit. The beach is 8 minutes away. Next time we will only stay here.
