Cozy, trendy, one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Cataño neighborhood. The perfect space to relax after enjoying the beach or a day of outdoor activities sightseeing around the island. Take a walk by the beautiful Bay of Cataño, with wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. A fully equipped kitchenette among other amenities will provide an excellent stay in Cataño.

For your convenience a WASHER AND DRYER are available on-site in the building.

Cataño is by far the smallest of all of Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities, but its close proximity to San Juan has earned it the unofficial nickname la Antesala de la Capital (“The Capital’s Foyer”). In fact, ferries depart from the port of Cataño every 30 minutes to take the five-minute trip across the bay to Old San Juan for 1.50$ round trip. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area we are just a short walk to the bay.

Cataño is located within easy reach of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, the beaches of Condado, La Placita in Santurce, and all of the other can’t-miss metro-area attractions. The municipality sits on the Island’s northern coast just 20 minutes from SJU airport, with San Juan across the bay to the east, Bayamón and Guaynabo to the south, and Toa Baja to the west.

We can rent you a CAR or SUV, we also have a golf cart available for rent to get around Cataño.

The apartment includes one parking space inside building premises. Street parking is available on a first come, first served in the front or side of the property. Please do not block the gate entrance.
