Summary: This place has the potential to be amazing. When we arrived the front area was FLOODED. It didn't affect us as much as it did the other properties connected to it BUT we had people invading our space and privacy and would walk across our front deck to jump over the railing to avoid walking through the dirty rain water. There is NO AC in the common area, Its a HOT BOX. Oh and the sofa fits maybe 3 people, for a rental that fits 8. If you're ok with washing pots and pans every time you want to reheat food or a cup of coffee then this is the place for you. NO MICROWAVE! This property is BEACH FRONT, that's the amazing part of it. How does the owner NOT have beach chairs or beach umbrellas for guest to use?? No big deal, you can rent beach umbrella $20 and beach chair $10 per day. Depending on how many people you're with, it can get costly, so we spent an extra $110 per day (3 days) to rent 2 umbrellas and 7 beach chairs as we had 7 people all together. Very easy for other beach goers to trespass. Antonio, your shopping list: Microwave, beach umbrellas and beach chairs and a bigger sofa, oh and bathroom curtains. We made the best of it, probably won't be back.
