Living
The spacious living room has recently had a revamp with new sofas and chairs offering comfortable seating for 6 people including a 'reading area' and wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and Bose wireless sound system.
Cooking
The kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A waffle maker has also been provided for your use.
Dining
The dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people and access to the downstairs W.C.
Sleeping
The former bunk and twin room have now been updated and each room sleeps one person in a single bed per room.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, the lovely master bedroom has a king size bed and French doors leading out to a decked terrace and the lawned garden, plus a modern en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom, and two more single bedrooms.
Bathing
The family bathroom has a spa bath with shower over, there is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom and an outside shower for washing off after the beach.
Outside
Outside there is parking for 2 cars to the front and a beautiful terraced garden equipped with outside shower and hanging rail for wetsuits. The tranquil and private upper terrace provides outdoor dining for up to 12 people with table and chairs, gas BBQ and external lighting - the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach! The garden is fully enclosed so perfect for children to play!

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
