The Du Lux Villa is completely brand new, with a 10 single beds (can be converted into double bads), and 4 living rooms comprises of a sofa bed that converts into a comfy double bed. The Villa is air-conditioned with fast free Wi-Fi and Smart LCD TV. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the essentials required for your own homemade food. Making my Villa welcoming for anyone who may visit is a priority for me, so I always keep it clean and organized, with fresh linen and towels and home accessories. Maps and events flyers are always there, to help my dear guests to enjoy the city! The Villa is situated near costline area in part of the city called Mokošica, with restaurants, supermarkets, fresh bakeries and coffee shops within 3 minute walking distance. To the Old Town you have only 3,7 km distance and also to the nearest sandy beach. If you are coming by car there's a private parking place for you.
