The Space:
The property is a multi-family triplex, which means it consists of three separate units that are attached to each other. This listing is for House #1/Unit #1 which is the main house with 3Bed and 2 Baths. It has unbelieveable wraparound balcony views of El Yunque and Spanish villas in the mountains. You also will have amazing pool views from the balcony. Lastly, you will also have the front yard all to yourself and group for kids to play in.
As for the pool, it is shared among the three units.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire House #1, the surrounding balconies and the shared pool and pool area.
Other Things to Note:
Once you book, we send you a discount account code for the major rental companies that gives you 20-30% off! It gets sent to you about 20 minutes after you book I believe. Once you get the code, you can book your rental car directly with the Hertz, Budget, National, or Enterprise. We do not book the car for you.
On a different note, please keep in mind that this property is located in a mountain area with a breathtaking view, one of the best of Rio Grande, due this reason in this area it is normal to find different species of insects like flies, ladybugs, spiders, mosquitoes and lizards, etc. Nonetheless, they are harmless and we invite you to enjoy all our facilities designed especially for living the best experience for you.
We spray for bugs with a professional on a regular basis, please be aware that our place is located in a forest area, and eliminating them completely is challenging.
When the rainy season starts (mostly June - October but it rains a lot in Rio Grande), we highly recommend you keep your doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering.
