A beautiful property overlooking Palmas Del Mar on a breezy ridge that offers ocean views in two directions. This private house is fully fenced with plenty of parking. The house is upstairs and includes a wraparound deck with comfortable hammocks.

Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, the other, two twin beds and a futon. The sofa in the living room folds down and is very comfortable. The beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses and are exceptionally comfortable.

The unit is air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to store your snacks or cook a gourmet meal. Hammocks are available to enjoy on the deck and two breakfast tables on the side deck are strategically placed to allow you to enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic or the sunset over Yabucoa Valley.

The property manager, Rody, lives near by and is available if you need anything. The unit is not handicapped-friendly- you do have to climb stairs to reach the entrance. No pets.
