Beachfront Complex! Our property is a beautiful Two bedrooms private apartment located at the ESJ TOWERS. This building sits right on Isla Verde Beach, just behind to El SAN JUAN HOTEL. Our unit located on the 14th floor and this unit has accommodation for 6 guests.
LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The living and dining rooms are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room features an unbeatable view of the beach and a smart TV with a sofa bed (NO sofa bed). You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze and use the central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation.
The dining room table can fit up to 6 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner or you may step outside on the balcony.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner, and silverware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. The kitchen also has in house washer and dryer.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
MASTER BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a King-size bed, side tables, a smart TV, a dresser, big walk-in closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.
SECOND GUEST ROOM: A two-full size bed for two to four guests, table with lamp, dresser, closets hold your clothes.
BALCONY: The balcony It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. It features a table with 2 chairs.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience, CVS is within walking distance.
LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and cultural areas. For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive. You can rent a car, or you can use UBER
MOBILITY: Taxis are available given the apartment's proximity to the Sonesta and the Fairmont Hotel. You can easily also take Uber. Finally, this apartment has one underground parking, so you can also rent a car, if you would like to drive around the island to visit the rainforest or other well-known beaches such as 'Luquillo', 'Fajardo', 'Parguera', etc.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
