Summary: The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit card company for a refund. Then the manager said they talked to Expedia and I would get a refund. But when I contacted Expedia they said they tried calling the manager but the manager didn’t pick up. - The shower water pressure was low. - The room wasn’t ready when we checked in, so there was a short wait. - Our toilet got clogged as well like the other reviewer mentioned. - The WiFi internet was slow and unreliable even though the description said 500 mbps.
