Villa Bellissima is a nine-bedroom estate carved into the cliffs of Pedregal, five levels built into the rock above the sea, where every room you walk into reminds you exactly where you are.
The main level flows without interruption — living to dining to kitchen, the glass walls sliding back so the line between inside and outside stops meaning anything. The dining table seats fourteen with the Pacific as the only backdrop worth noting. When the evening calls for something different, the billiards room and lounge downstairs have their own energy — cooler, quieter, with access to the lower terrace. The 112-inch theater seats twelve in leather recliners. The ocean-view fitness room is there when you want it. A private elevator connects all five floors.
Nine suites, each with its own terrace or balcony and direct ocean views. The primary suite opens entirely to the sea — you wake up to it, the sound of the Pacific filling the room before you`re fully awake. The ensuite has a round soaking tub positioned against the window with the cliffs and water below, a glass rain shower, and dual vanities.
