The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach, while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive Intracoastal waterway views. Laying by the pool and watching Fort Lauderdale's Mega Yachts drive by or sparkling sunsets over the water is reason enough to book this incredible property.

There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.

Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. There is a locked closet that is labeled inside of the unit that is off-limits to all guests.
