The Space:
This 1,971-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The home is perfect for a family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a nice quiet, open residential neighborhood called Indian Ridge, which features large homes in a country-like setting. The best part is you practically have Disney on your doorstep - less than 5 miles away!

- The open floor plan features high ceilings and space to enjoy togetherness time, plus there’s direct access to the back patio. The sitting area has a large comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home with all appliances and cookware you’ll need to enjoy a nice meal at home! You’ll love having a dishwasher for quick, easy clean-ups!
- The private enclosed patio area with a pool is a great place to spend time between outings! You’ll have sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. Pretty much all you need for a fun day off from the parks!
- 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms that are carpeted for safety and comfort, configured as such:

WiFi, TV w/basic cable, parking, linens, beach & bath towels, and the BBQ grill are free for guests during their stay.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like some coffee, paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, strip for WC, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items will not be replenished.
There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, the charge is $155 USD. Please let us know in advance.
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance as it takes at least 48 hours to fully heat the pool.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $150 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee will apply.
- If a problem arises, report it as soon as possible. We have 24 hrs to resolve it before issuing any refund or compensation.
