Positive: My host was quite accommodating. I had a work assignment that required me to visit 18 different locations on the island over a 2 week period and used this stay as a "centralized" point to commute. The house is somewhat remote though has short access to major highways. Took about 40 minutes from the airport in San Juan with light traffic. There are 7 or 8 rental rooms varying in size and number of beds. Some have access from inside the house with others having their own direct access outside. Rooms were clean and well kept. Believe all rooms have a microwave and smart TV's. Internet was stable and speed not a problem. Depending on the room, you may have a mini fridge or share a fridge in a common area. There is a common area kitchen if you wish to cook. Free parking onsite. There are several restaurants and a local grocery with 10-15 minutes with several fast food restaurants within 20 minutes. Also has a sweet and friendly dog on site that was nice to experience. Situated between Ponce and San Juan, if you are looking for a safe place to stay away from the city but close enough to travel to and wanting to visit multiple areas on the island, this is a place that offers great value. I would stay here again.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like, though if someone was wanting to ONLY visit the beach, or ONLY visit San Juan or Ponce, then this location might not be right for you. It was perfect for me because I wanted to explore the entire island.
