Villa is located in a rural area, only 15- 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik downtown and offers two comfortable bedrooms, open plan living/dining area with kitchen, balcony, terrace, sun lounge area and private pool. This lovely vacation rental spreads on two floors. Ground floor consists of full kitchen, dining area, living room and guest toilet. Living room is fitted with sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Dining/Living room opens directly onto a spacious front terrace with pool deck and sun lounge area, perfect for your relaxing day at home. First floor offers two ensuite bedrooms with balcony, both fitted with queen size beds. From the balcony and pool deck you can enjoy magnificent views over the Ombla river and surrounding hills. Amenities include: AC, SAT TV, hi-fi, WiFi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, terrace, private swimming pool, private parking for 2 vehicles and full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer Villa is situated in Pobrezje, about 8 km from Dubrovnik downtown. Pobrezje is a calm rural neighborhood in a green and relaxing ambient. As shops, restaurants and beach are not within walking distance car is recommended to stay at this property. Possibility to accommodate additional 2 persons on the sofa bed in the living room. *In respond to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
