Summary: The stay was very nice. Its a clean and well kept hostel/hotel. The rooms where cleaned every day and it was very much spotless. I enjoyed the breakfast: strong good coffee, fresh pressed orange juice and croissants. I even had greek yoghurt some days. There are plenty of small nice restaurants in the town of El Altet, just 1-2 streets up from Hostal Pensimar so food was all around - and a grocery store as well. The beach is 20 min walk away, a great way to start the day with fresh air, waking through nice neighborhoods. The bus takes you to Alicante in 15 minutes and cost less than 2 Euro! ;) The staff is nice and helpful. Will def be back!
