Summary: This hotel got just 3 luggage trolleys. When you arrive to the hotel they will help you bring the luggage to the room but when you leaving you are on your own. My wife and I travelling with a 7 months old baby, 6 years old, and 2 elderly over 70s. I went to ask the reception for spare trolley the answer was no, then I asked the guy who helped us on arrival and he no longer offer his help as we are leaving. What a lovely joke! I ended up spending over a taking all bags from room to car park on my own. At the checked out desk, the reception lady asked me if everything ok, I said no, because your hotel offer no help for the guests with their bags especially those travelling with young and old. When we about to step out of the hotel then they brought us a trolley. For me, it was basically a joke and the worst part of the stay. Thank you for the hospitality but I will never come again.
