Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. the name on the reservation must be the same as the credit card holder’s name, if you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:, 1) authorization letter with cardholder's signature, 2) copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature), please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes, due to safety considerations, children 12 years and under are not allowed in the pool access rooms, please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation, upcoming renovation notice, we wish to inform our valued guests that khaolak merlin resort will undergo scheduled renovation work from 16 may 2026 to 15 september 2026, during this period, the superior pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance, and 45 superior rooms will be fully renovated, this final phase will complete the upgrade of all superior rooms at our resort, the newly renovated superior rooms will be available from 16 september 2026 onwards, please rest assured that all other hotel services and facilities will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period, we will do our utmost to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, thank you for your kind understanding and continued support, on 31 december 2026 for new year's eve, gala dinner extra person charge at thb 9,750 for both adults and children.
