The place has a minimalist home design full of lighting in the interior and exterior, you will fall in love with the design itself. The House is located in Gurabo one of the safest areas in Santiago. Very central 20 minutes to the airport and 10 min from the Monument which is the center of the city. The house has 3 bedrooms,2 living rooms, a kitchen and a very big pool area. You will have a private garage if you have a vehicle which has access to the house. I will be available 24/7 through a phone number provided . There will also be someone close by to attend any needs necessary. Our home is very close to the downtown area of santiago where you could admire the museum (centro leon jimenez) and all the shopping malls (bella terra mall , centro plaza international and colinas mall) Our house is also located very close to one of the main highways if you decide to go to Puerto Plata/Sosua (1 hour away) La vega (25 mins away) Jarabacoa (45 min away) Santo domingo (2 hours away) We also provide transportation to these places (information will be provided at the house). We provide free transportation from and to the airport but uber and taxi services will be reliable as well. If you have a rented vehicle we have a parking garage or you could park outside as well. Please be respectful of the rules , we have neighbours behind us and on the side.Music is permitted but at a considerable volume (on weekdays until 10:00pm and weekends 1:00am. Smoking is permitted outside the house. Please note that the pool area is for adults and if children are to be in the pool adult supervision might be required, the pool is 5.5 feet all around.
