On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two more luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms, and from the balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view. An additional bed in the playroom provides sleeping space for two more guests.
Villa San is equally impressive – with 250 m2 of living space and a 400 m2 garden, it offers three elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one spacious family room designed for children, featuring one double and three single beds. Each room exudes modern design, carefully selected details, and homely warmth.

The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment. The two heated pools, surrounded by umbrellas and loungers, invite you to relax and socialize, while the terraces with outdoor barbecues and dining areas are perfect for dinners under the stars.
