We propose you to the rent, in the place said Lozari in Belgodère,, this charming air-conditioned house, in duplex, with sea view, at less than 600 meters of the beach, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 77 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 33 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The accommodation has three terraces:
- North terrace with sea view: 23 m² terrace, on the first floor, with table and chairs and plancha to enjoy the beautiful days
- South terrace on the first floor: 9 m² terrace, accessible from the kitchen
- South terrace on the first floor: 10 m² terrace, located between the two bedrooms, with armchairs
Within the residence:
- Shared swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, not heated. It is closed with a gate. Opening dates of the pool are not contractual, subject to weather conditions.
The house is ideally located in Lorazi (Belgodère), in a very pleasant environment, 600 meters from the beach of Lozari and 15 minutes from Ile Rousse by car. You will be at 800 meters from the residence of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour...
