The door opens into a open floorplan starting with the gourmet kitchen, dining room with custom wood table, into the main living room. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. The main level has two bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, as well as the primary bedroom with attached closet and bathroom. The primary bedroom has the same floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and a connected upstairs patio. The main level back porch spans the width of the house with great views of Mar Chiquita Beach.
Downstairs you walk into the 2nd living room with a air hockey table and a 2nd kitchen with a eat in nook. The lower level also has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, and another with 2 queen beds. There is one full bathroom on the lower level. Exit the inside and enter an expansive screened downstairs porch also screened from bugs. There is a 2nd full dining area and lounge area on the lower porch for guest enjoyment.
Out back is the large 16x32’ and 6' deep pool, huge pool patio, and a 12 person 8x10.5’ hot tub heating up to 104 degrees. The pool, pool patio, and hot tub have some awesome views of Mar Chiquita Beach and the waves hitting the rock formations from the Atlantic Ocean.
The house is in great condition and is like nothing else for rent in the area. From AC in each bedroom, private parking for 4 cars, high quality bedding and furniture, premium doors and windows that seal tight, and the HUGE pool and hot tub for relaxing after a a day on the island.
