Positive: The apartment and the location is exceptional. Please do not be put off by the entry and the stairwell that could do with a coat of paint, once you enter the apartment, you will be taken aback by the ceiling height, how clean it is and the room sizes. Hot water is roaring hot and plentiful. Everything is provided. However, please note, there is no dryer however the rack positioned near the kitchen window will soon dry all your clothes. We parked our car overnight at the multi- story downstairs. The owner provides three sets of keys. There are 5 balconies also a table and chairs upstairs.

Negative: We had no issues.
