Getting Around:
The condo is located in a residential and peaceful neighborhood, just a 4 min drive to Aventura Mall, 5 min drive to Sunny Isles Beach, 20 min drive to South Beach, 15 min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 25 min drive to Miami Design District, 30 min drive to Downtown Miami.
-PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami. (Connection bus stop located in Aventura Mall)
If you want to discover the area by foot Aventura Mall is within a 20 min walking distance where you can find a variety of shops and famous eateries.
Other Things to Note:
-As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed.
-If you make the reservation from another application outside of airbnb there is security deposit that may range from $500-1,000 & you need to sign a rental agreement.
House Rules:
- Guest shouldn't change the AC settings if there is no need. Do not set the AC lower than 66F, this might cause AC to break, if this happens during your stay—you might be liable for damages.
- Smoking violation fee of $250.00
- Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM.
- Guest must pay a full extra night if they stay past 12:15 PM.
- Quiet enjoyment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Disturbing the quiet enjoyment of any other guest in the building or surrounding neighbors is forbidden. The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10 pm -10 am on weekends.

As you bask in the warm sun, remember to shield yourself with ample sunscreen and stay adequately hydrated, since the weather can get scorching and sticky. While enjoying the diverse ecosystem with an array of awe-inspiring plants, lizards, insects, and more, occasional tropical rainstorms should be anticipated. Rest assured that all our properties are frequently inspected and treated with pest control every month to guarantee a pest-free stay.
