Summary: As soon as I booked the property I sent a note to the property manager with a few questions about check in and the property. I called and texted a few more times until the day of our trip where I sent a panic text. I finally got a response about check in and that process was okay. One of the texts I sent, I had asked about towels. No response. Come to find out that the apartment only provided 2 bath bowels. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels. Nothing else. 1 towel per person for 6 days. Also the internet cut in and out multiple times. The location was good for the price and there was plenty to do in walking distance. I just wish the property manager would have communicated better so we knew what to expect.
