POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for an additional $75/night or $350/week. We need at least 8 hours advanced notice to heat the pool and it must be heated for the entire stay.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, all linens laundered, and sanitizing between each guest.
We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, cream, cooking basics, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay.
There will be weekly pool cleanings on Wednesdays to maintain a sparkling clean pool, a can to curb service for trash bins on trash days, and biweekly yard service (that we do our best to schedule around guests) that service the property. Please reach out to host with questions or concerns.
1) No parties or events are allowed.
2) Do not smoke anything inside of the house.
3) We love animals too but pets of any kind are not allowed on the property.
4) No unregistered overnight guests…there are only so many comfortable places to sleep.
5) Please respect the city of Phoenix’s quiet times from 11 pm to 7 am. Unfortunately, not everyone here is on vacation.
6) What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately. It’s the right thing to do.
7) If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave.
8) Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $100/hour.
9) No illegal activities on the property.
10) Make big memories, not big messes.
11) POOL: Please exercise extreme caution with children near the pool and do not leave them unattended. Always designate someone to watch children swim. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving, horseplay, or glass in or around the pool. Do not remove the chlorine dispenser, tamper with, or adjust pool equipment. Minimum of a $500 fine for tampering with pool equipment plus any needed repairs if necessary.
