This unit is for a minimum of 90 days rental. Our Condo is an amazing three-bedroom property that affords a wonderful ocean view. The condo combines the modern comforts of your own home with a stylish and decorative interior. Living spaces are generous and inviting, and feature a range of modern and fully equipped amenities. Outside, a spacious balcony features an array of patio furniture and outstanding views of the ocean and the mountains. With 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds plus a futon, this condo can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Being single story and with elevator access, this condo is ideal for families with young children and for those guests with limited mobility. Infant crib and high chair are available too. Other amenities include high speed internet, 3 satellite TVs, air conditioning in all living spaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an electric grill on the balcony, and much more.
Located in Fajardo of northeastern Puerto Rico with 35 miles from the San Juan airport, Peña Mar Ocean Club has 24 hour security. The development has three pools, 1 children's pool, 1 tennis courts, one basketball court, one Jacuzzi, walking tracks, and an exercise room, playground and clubhouse. Our apartment has 2-car parking spaces.
